CloudMisst Return & Refund Policy

At CloudMisst, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of vaping products and health/safety regulations, our return policy is as follows:

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene & Safety)

To protect our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened or the seal is broken:

  • E-liquids / Pods: Any juice or pre-filled pods.

  • Coils & Atomizers: Due to hygiene reasons.

  • Disposable Vapes: All sales are final for disposable devices unless they are DOA (Dead on Arrival).

  • Opened Hardware: Any device that has been fueled with juice or used.

3. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty)

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

  • For hardware manufacturing defects, we offer a [30/60/90] day limited warranty. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or water damage.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days.
